If you're not happy with Prepd, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Prepd orders.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew after that. You can cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by emailing us.
